HortiTerra envisions a future where awareness of agricultural practices is heightened and the image of the agriculture sector is positively transformed. To achieve this mission, HortiTerra is establishing a training institute focused on horticultural entrepreneurship. This institute will cater to high school dropouts as well as aspiring greenhouse farmers, offering educational opportunities to those eager to learn.

The courses at this training institute will be guided by key values: they will be inspiring, practical, and inclusive, ensuring that everyone willing to learn has an equal opportunity to succeed.

**Program Overview**

Our initiative aims to support high school dropouts, unemployed graduates, and traditional farmers by providing them with valuable agricultural training. We seek external funding to cover essential investments, such as course materials, while HortiTerra Company will fund the daily operational activities associated with the program.

**Target Audience and Recruitment**

To reach our target participants, AEF-GH will promote the program at secondary and tertiary agricultural schools, local churches, and within farming communities. This outreach strategy is designed to ensure that those who would benefit most from this opportunity are informed and encouraged to apply.

**Curriculum Development**

We will source course materials through established knowledge partners or develop our own tailored resources to meet the specific needs of the participants. This will ensure a comprehensive and relevant educational experience.

**Practical Experience**

Participants will receive hands-on training by working in the greenhouse under the supervision of experienced managers. In exchange for their involvement, students will be exempt from registration and training fees, making this opportunity accessible to all.
